For over 30 years Irene has used the same deck, Mother Peace Round Tarot, as an ally to focus in on specific questions or provide overview readings for herself, friends + family. Newly offering this skill to clients is a natural progression in service to Spirit.

A full reading confirms what you already know, reveals blind spots, + affirms your current place in the wheel....which is change-able + shifts at will. Hopes, fears, past, present, future, influences + desires all play a role in the way we roll on this wheel of life. A reading is a helpful way to connect to your own intuition, guides + angels while enjoying signs, symbols + mythology to remind us who we are.

Reiki: in person or distance

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction + relaxation. A very subtle hands on or virtual approach helps replenish your life force energy. Irene infuses reiki in every session, but a reiki only session is a focused energy boost. Recharge your battery + relax your body. Combined with Irene's intuitive abilities, you may receive messages from guides, angels, loved ones or your own spirit.

CranioSacral Therapy

Working with Cerebral Spinal Fluid, or what Irene calls 'life's water', flow is the goal. By accessing your central nervous system to address stored up 'issues in the tissues', old pain + behavioral patterns can be observed + released. Most folks melt in her adept hands, finding themselves in the place between sleep and waking: we call it the IrieZone. In this state, when the mind is out of the way, ley lines smooth towards peace within.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet in depth method that encourages your body to access your own 'inner physician', while being still enough to listen. Traditional Hot Stone Massage

An earth based path to wellness that uses warm Stones gathered from local rivers + far away oceans. Irene travelled to the US to learn "Stone Medicine" in the Sante' Dakota Sioux tradition from Shaman Jenny + Medicine Woman Janelle to become a 'Stone Walker'

The rocks use Stone Walkers to provide movement for them to glide across the landscape that is you, bringing you into Earth's coherence. Stone Walkers offer themselves as 'hallow bones' for the rocks to move through + are oracles for the stones.

The carefully selected stones are offered to your physical, emotional, mental, causal and spiritual bodies to encourage connection with Mother Earth, re-establishing the ability to heal self. You will be transported, transformed + renewed. Your own unique Sacred Symbol created from the stones serves as a helpful touchstone on your journey. Referrals by existing clients only.
