By working with Irene, Clinical Aromatherapist, you can ensure to co-create a blend that is effective and safe to use. You decide on 3 goals you would like your Custom Blend to acheive, and while considering contraindications, Irene guides you through different aromas from around the world to balance base, middle and top notes for a well rounded, beautifully smelling blend to use for years to come. 

In person, or on line, your 1:1 session is fun, informative, and a novel experience. You are left with an upifted heart, a happy olfactory system, and a wonderful and unique to you aroma that helps and heals in your daily life.
